Help, what to do to shrink puffy nipples?

Possibly Surgery: 'Puffy Nipples' can be perfectly normal, just the way you are made. If this is a new occurrence I would have a doctor evaluate you. Changes in breast volume can sometimes cause nipple herniation. Some people are born with larger areolas, and puffy nipples. Sometimes surgery can be performed to remove excess nipple skin and tighten this area alone or as part of a breast lift.
