Depends on strain: The vaccine is a mix of 2-3 strains that are calculated as the most likely viruses for the up coming season if they are all off then the vaccine is useless. If it does cover the strains then your about 80% covered so about 20% will not have immunity and even lesser of that 20% will get the flu. As sick as people seem to be around you only about 20% of the population will get the flu.
