Help please? what is the side effect of having a laser freckle removal on non freckled area?

First make sure its just a freckle. Then decide how its being treated, cryo spray, excision , peel or laser. Of course not removing the freckle after therapy is possible, there can be a discoloration in the area either lighter or darker and rarely scar
