Here are some ...: Use tape ruler for girth and regular ruler for length. May be measured in 3 ways: in its flaccidity, stretched state, or erection, from penile base (the line where penis meets pubis) to tip. The stretched length is most close to that at erection, in fact, this measured length is intra-operatively used for choosing the length of penile prosthesis.
