Help please? what is the difference/what can embryonic and adult stem cells do?

Stem Cells: Check out regenexx.Com for more info. Basically adult stem cells are usually from your own blood, fat or bone marrow. Embryonic stem cells are from fetal tissue and umbilical cord blood and tissue but are not your own unless you had this harvested when you were born.
