How come there controversy about using embryonic stem cells?

Yes: Controversy surrounds how these embryonic stem cells obtained... From living or dead donors (fetus), will growing fetuses become a big market for stem cell supplies? This is a big problem if they are not your own stem cells harvested when you were born. Some people use cord stem cells, however the risk of any genetic material good/bad (ie. Cancer, disorders) can be transmitted.
