Help please? what is borderline hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty liver?

Enlarged liver: Hepatomegaly means an enlarged. Fatty liver means that the your liver contains more fat than normal. I assume that yo are reading this on a report of a radiologic test like an ultrasound or CT. These two conditions have many causes, but many of these causes are not too concerning. Ask your doctor to explain the report to you or look at the images with him/her.
