Dry skin tx: Look for moisturizers that contain either urea or alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) such as glycolic or lactic or polyhydroxyls (PHA). They tend to be the best.

Moisturize daily: Don't use the water temperature hot - lukewarm is good. Use a mild gentle cleanser - maybe white dove. If it persists see a Dermatologist
