No problem : You may want to give your eyes a rest, since your subconjunctival heme may have occurred from either trauma, cold, or other reason. It may be a sign for you to stop doing computer work now, blink more, and take care of your health first, especially your eye health. Even though a subconjunctival heme is a benign condition, what might have led up to it may not be. So relax, and take a break!

No: No. The subconjunctival hemorrhage will not be affected by reading or using the computer.
