Can someone tell me if ovarian cancer is usually fatal (50-50) or easy to treat?

Ovarian ca: If it is found really early in the stage- it is a curable disease. However the problem is usually it is found at a later stage i.e. Stage 3 or 4. Although at that stages, it is still very treatable, however the recurrence rate for stage 3 is significantly high -and unfortunately stage IV is incurable disease.
