Not reported: I have not been able to find any case reports of anybody poisoning themselves with nicotine by smoking, mainly because long before serious and life-threatening toxicity can occur, the nausea/vomiting pretty much stop continued smoking. Not sure why you are interested, since you are 45 years old? Am concerned about any wishes for self harm, if so - get help.
