Can somebody tell me how much is pericoronitis surgery?

Ranges: Pericorinitis is the inflammation/infection of the gum tissue, typically overlapping the back molars. Laser or surgical incision of the excess tissue will eliminate the problem. Pricing would depend on the geographical area of the dentist, but typically would run between $300 - $700, depending upon whether a specialist (oral surgeon or periodontist) or general dentist does the procedure.

Pericoronitis: This is simply the gum tissue overlaping an impacted molar, usualy a wisdom tooth, and food and bacteria get trapped in there causing an infection. Two permanent ways to fix. One is surgery to remove the gum tissue overlaping the tooth, from 2 to 4 hundred in my area, another is to extract the impacted tooth. This may actually cost less. See a dentist to get a proper diagnosis, and treatment.
