3-4 days.: Remeron (mirtazapine) has a half-life of 30-40 hours so if you stopped taking the Remeron (mirtazapine), it may take up to 4 days before it is out of your system depending on the dose or length of usage. If you have been using the highest recommended dose of 45 mg for more than a month, you may need to gradually taper decreasing the dose by 7.5 mg. with 3 days in-between before you stop.

Half-life 20-40 hrs: Females take a bit longer than males. So whatever your last dose, in 2 days it's half, another 2 it's 1/4, another 2 it's 1/8 until gone and this is the most conservative estimate. It shouldn't be too long. But I don't know the dose or even your gender. Take care. http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/reflex_sympathetic_dystrophy/detail_reflex_sympathetic_dystrophy.htm
