Can someone tell me how to cure hip stretch marks?

Stretch marks: Stretch marks are dermal scars. Unfortunately scars are permanent. Over time they fade lasers can reduce redness and may slightly make stretch marks smaller but no treatments can remove them except surgery. With surgery you substitute a single scar for the stretch marks ( eg tummy tuck).
