Are you sure?: Only way to know is to stop, and it doesn't sound like you have. There can be marked individual differences in how much of a substance will cause how much physical dependency in different people. Some people may "smoke" many cigarettes, but don't inhale deeply or exhale through their noses, take a few puffs and put it out, and light another. It is in your best interest of your health to stop.
