Colposcopy: Yes. The doctor will look to make sure that you do not have a high grade lesion that may become invasive cancer.

Possibly.: If a pap is bad, colposcopy is done. This requires painting of the cervix with 3% acetic acid, which exposes the cancer lesions as white patches. If they are localized, biopsy techniques can remove them. Depending on the trimester of pregnancy, and the biopsy, etc., it may be possible for a normal pregnancy or to do this after delivery. See your obgyn doctor to be sure.
