Often due to stress: Head "pressure" often is most often due to stress-tension-anxiety. Especially if you've had similar symptoms in the past when anxious or stressed. If the pressure is of recent onset, unrelated to stress, and located in sinus areas of forehead or cheeks it may be a sinus condition.
