A member asked:

I sometimes get this sort of, pressure feeling on my chest while sitting down. when i stand it goes away.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I will not: Give you a diagnosis of what you have but rather i can tell you it is not your heart. Angina or pain from the heart happens more with activity when blood flow to cleaner artery is easier and there is steal from bad arteries. Your pressure could be pressure from the belly pushing your diaphragm up or the rib cage form crunching up or the acid being pushed up. But relax, it is not your heart.
