Perineal shaving: I recommend using a good razor and a shaving cream or lotion that is made for the pubic area. There actually is a product called coochie (fun name, but it works well). It is a great shaving cream for the vaginal area. Some of my patients tell me waxing works better, but i can't confirm that. Look online for coochie and if you can't get it use a hypoallergenic fragrance free shaving cream.

Stop shaving: Let the hair grow out. Treat any infected any. You may need a prescription or otc topical agent. If you keep getting razor bumps try waxing.
