Do another preg test: Do another pregnancy test now. If it is negative, then you may be late because of "an-ovulation" (not making the ova this month). This is fairly common.

Not normal: If your period is usually regular, but now 17 days late, there is probably a cause. Pregnancy can be the problem, but also certain medications, stress, etc. Please talk to your doctor about this.
