Difference between "brain hemorrhage" and "brain attack" ?

Bleeding vs ischemia: Hemorrhage refers to bleeding which can happen due to trauma, hypertension, aneurysm, tumor or stroke. Brain attack refers to a transient ischemic attack in which blood flow decreases to the brain without causing a stroke.
