Yes: For any person with a normal immune system, your body has 'good' bacteria to help keep the fungal organisms on the skin in check. The bacteria that turn milk into yogurt are one example of good bacteria. Eating yogurt that contains live bacteria ( typically this is natural yogurt) will increase the 'good' bacteria in your body that will help fend off fungal infections.

Yes: Avoid sugars and simple carbohydrates. Eat coconut oil, as it is a natural antifungal. Many other herbs and spices also have some natural anti fungal properties.
