Next step: Chest pain in association with aortic stenosis is serious. Your husband should have his coronaries evaluated with a left heart catheterization. Generally, symptomatic aortic stenosis with a pressure gradient in excess of 50 mnhg is an indication for aortic valve replacement. Fortunately, minimally invasive options are available.
