Could be anxiety: Of course, this questions requires a much more thorough history such as smoking history, family history, personal history, metabolic profile, nature of the pain etc to determine your risk of a cardiac cause of your chest pain. However, just from your age and sex and history of generalized anxiety, its unlikely to be cardiac. Having said that, if you have concerns, best to get checked.

Unlikely: It would be unlikely at your young age but has been seen in heavy smokers, very high lipids with strong family history, and in certain congenital heart conditions. Get a screening maximal treadmill stress test to be sure.
