May be due to trauma: It appears that the location of said mucocele is on your palate. Jabbing the toothbrush may have caused this. If this is new, it may resolve on it's own. If this does not resolve then you may need to have it removed. Many mucoceles are located in the floor of the mouth or inside of the lip and the vast majority of those need to be excised. If this doesn't heal then see an oral surgeon for options.
