I had a CRP lab test done. One of my medications I take is an anti inflammatory (Meloxicam). My question is, will the Meloxicam affect the results?

How is CRP reported by lab? Mine says <2.9. Does that mean i'm at moderate risk for heart disease or is the test unable to distinguish values under 3?
CRP (non-hs kind) was 6.5mg/L. Sed rate 7. Last test 3 months ago CRP was 0.3 mg/L. Rise alarming? Same lab, range 0-10 mg/L. Headache and petechiae.
