I have a pain along my left and right side leading to my ovaries and around to my back, no other symptoms, just in horrible pain. what could this be?

Endometriosis : If the pain is cyclical that means if it comes with your periods and starts a few weeks before your period , or if it gets worse during your periods it could be due to endometriosis . If you have a discharge with odor or urinary symptoms of pain and discomfort it could be pelvic infection or UTI . I suggest you see your gynecologist soon.
