How do i prevent heartburn?

Control habits: Dietary habits, stress, and sleeping habits contribute to development of heartburn. Do not eat at least 3 hours prior to sleeping, avoid spicey foods that prior experiences suggest association with your symptom, eat well balanced meals including your fruits and vegetables, reduce anxiety or stress causing contributors.
