Don't worry: None of the normal blood tests done during a physical would reveal that you were on birth control pills. The doctor would have to be testing for the actual ingredients of the pill with highly specialized tests that are not available in normal laboratories. There are subtle signs like elevated sex hormone binding globulin and decreased gonadotropin levels, but they are not conclusive.
