Does erectile dysfunction happens for all hypertensive patients regardless of what medications they are taking?is it due to the disease itself?advice

No it doesn't: Some anti=hypertensive medications can cause erectile dysfunction, but not all of them. Advanced kidney dysfunction can also be responsible for ed. Would first discuss it with your nephrologist or physician managing your hypertension. Then see a urologist if necessary. Good luck.
