Nausea: This is a very troubling situation. You need to get help with this. You need to be examined by a doctor to determine why you are having so much nausea. This is not normal. You may have something like a stomach ulcer or infection. Talk to your parents about seeing your family doctor for help. You must seek the cause of the nausea before you can get better.

Multiple causes: There are many possible causes, but the first one to consider is gastritis - a trial of otc acid blockers such as Prilosec or Omeprazole (two pills daily) might be a first step. Lactose intolerance could explain your nausea with milk, but not coffee (unless you put cream in it). Talk to your doctor about what else could cause your nausea.

Nausea, many causes: Rule out pregnancy, eliminate coffee, eat regularly. If it persists see your doctor.
