Fibroids of cysts: Could be a cyst or a fibroid in there. It could also be the case of what's called a tilted uterus. In women, the bowels are also close to the uterus so if you're constipated or haven't gone, this can be felt. An exam will help rule things out for you. I'm also wondering if certain positions are better than others for you.
