Infection?: If your nose is sore and bruised without trauma - i would think infection... Get it checked asap.

Possible skin infxn: Sometimes the nasal skin can get infected and although the nose looks ok the infection can cause the feeling of being bruised. Best to see your md and get an antibiotic. I treat this with an anti-staph antibiotic.
