I got an itch in my groin it isn't round and is reddish and feels rough to touch what it could be please suggest treatment.hve acne is is on isotritinoin?

Itchy groin: The common cause of groin itch is an infection with a fungus which is called tinea cruris. This condition is commonly called "jock itch". The fungus is contageous, and grows in moist warm areas of the skin. Treatment with anti-fungal cream e.g. Lotrimin (clotrimazole) (butenafin) applied twice per day , change shorts after exercising and sweating in groin area to keep area dry, change towels or use paper.
