A+sign means it is p: If it shows as a+ it is positive
and if it is a-- means it is negative
if it does not show+ it is supposed to be negative
you can repeat the test if in doubt.

I tested positive a week ago. This morning test showed control line, followed by TWO faint lines, then red block until the end? Result taken at 3 min.

Likely positive test: From your description but a consult with a picture of the test strip could be useful. To sort out either way and remove all doubt the best option here would be a formal blood HCG (pregnancy test) which could be arranged by your primary care practitioner. Until this is done you should seek urgent medical attention if any abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding.
