Meatal stenosis: This can be quite annoying. It is a complication circumcision ; occurs whilst babies are still in diapers. Tip of penis rubs against diapers gets a little inflamed ; small of tissue can form as inflammation settles down causing urinary stream 2B deviated. More common with use of cloth diapers. Very easy ; minor problem for a pediatric or general urologist to fix.
