Vitamins: There are only certain vitamins whose level we can test. We rely on manifestations of deficiency to diagnose them. Most vitamins, even essential ones come from food. Eating well-balanced diet provide all the vitamins you need, you should read the latest articles on people taking vitamins and those who do not. Just live a healthy, normal life and feel more at ease. That's the only way to be happy.

Speak to your doctor: Some vitamins such as d and B12 can be directly measured, others cannot. Speak to your doctor about what testing can be done and how it may be inferred whether you may have a deficiency for the ones that cannot be directly measured.
