Possible Abscess: It could be an abcess or possibly benign nipple discharge. Without an exam or seeing what the discharge looks like it is hard to say. Nipple discharge in a woman who is not pregnant or breast-feeding isn't necessarily abnormal, you should be evaluated by a doctor to be safe.
