My bf temperature went up to 39.4. when he sists/gets up he wants to vomit. sore throat, sinus intense pain, big chills. help? he's getting warmer:/

Sick: Well, he may be having a sinus infection or flu or another type of respiratory condition. Give him plenty to drink. To knock the temp down, tylenol (acetaminophen) or better off Ibuprofen can be used.
