Anastrazole/Letrozol: Men who have high estrogen levels is due to conversion of testosterone in to estrogen, which can cause symptoms like loss of libido, gyncomastia and low sperm count there are two drugs whci have been found to be equally effective to reduce the estrogen level and improve symptoms 1 anasterazole if taken in dose of 1mgm daily 2letrozole in dose of 2.5 mgm daily both have been found equally effective.
