Circular dry rash: "ringworm" is really a fungal infection of the skin and has nothing to do with worms. It occurs in humans and animals such as dogs and cats and is usually easy to treat with otc or prescribed anti-fungal ointment.

OTC: You may Google ring worm for pictures. You may try OTC medication, if that doesn't resolve the issue in a week, it would be time to see a doctor.
