Not: In severe and chronic maxillary sinusitis, the upper teeth but not the lower may be involved. If you have allergies, you will need to get this treated as well because the nasal swelling will likely close up the sinus openings leading to sinusitis again despite the surgery. If you have water damage at your home, you need to get it fixed or move out. Recommend an allergy consult.

Not related: Sinus infection can result in pain to top back teeth, not bottom teeth. It's possible you are clenching or grinding. If so, see your Dentist for relief.
