Irrelevant: In urology, we used to spend a lot of time and resources pinpointing cause. Vascular surgery for penile blood flow is rarely done anymore so if you have vascular occlusion elsewhere it is likely vasculogenic ed. The other categories to consider are hormonal, neurogenic, psychogenic and anatomical. I'd suggest seeing a urologist who offers the full spectrum of tx options rather testing further.

Unusual in 32 YO: Isn't atherosclerosis rare in a 32 year old and if present cardiac concerns would likely predominate and warrant therapy that would also treat penile plaques?
