Started a nebulizer 3 days ago now i have nosebleeds?

Unclear: Nebulizer can be delivered via mouthpiece or face mask.Also the nebulizer ordered may have two meds, a betaagonist alone or with anticholinergic (drying effect and can cause nose bleeds), if so try to use the oral mouthpiece. Also consider nasal decongestion and cleaning with saline spray to keep the nasa mucosa moist and avoid popping of the vessels there.
