28 days: If you are on birth-control pills, then you should have a 28 day cycle. If that brand of pill isn't working to control your cycles, you should talk to your doctor about finding another brand. If you didn't restart a new pack, then we don't know when your next period will come. The first few months after stopping pills, periods can be irregular!
