Comments: Fibromyalgia does not affect ANA, and many normals have low titer tests. Perplexed why you are using amitryptyline, as no good evidence of value in fibromyalgia. Better drugs include gabapentin, Lyrica, Cymbalta, Savella (milnacipran). Does not sound like you have MS.
