See a pain managemen: You are suffering from chronic pain in multiple joints. Fibromyalgia does not close positive ANA you need the pain management specialist to adequately control your chronic pain.

Comments: Fibromyalgia does not affect ANA, and many normals have low titer tests. Perplexed why you are using amitryptyline, as no good evidence of value in fibromyalgia. Better drugs include gabapentin, Lyrica, Cymbalta, Savella (milnacipran). Does not sound like you have MS.
