No: In the scenario you describe, impossible. No ejaculation=no sperm, and if no sperm touched you, no pregnancy.

Not likely /Use BC: From what you describe it seems unlikely that pregnancy occurred if there was no ejaculation but sometimes you can't be sure what exactly happened. So why should you take a chance when there would be so many complications if a pregnancy would occur.? Birth control is always a good idea when people have sex and they don't want a pregnancy.
