Bleeding tongue: Gentle pressure for 30 min with gauze pad or tea bag. See Dentist or physician ASAP to evaluate. If from trauma may require sutures, antibiotic coverage, tetanus shot. If from an atraumatic cause important that you be evaluated immediately.
