Listen to your body: If you eat foods that agree with you and learn some strategies to bring the stomach below the diaphragm to help keep stomach acid in stomach and don't over fill your stomach with foods and liquids you should be free of symptoms. Going back to the habits that brought on this problem will likely bring back the problem.
