Trichomoniasis: It is unclear how or why trichomoniasis which has been dormant and not produced prior symptoms becomes suddenly active and symptomatic, but this does happen. You appear to have an issue about believing your husband and that is a very different issue. That conversation might be best held in front of a marital therapist. Good luck and best wishes.
